Physical Products: We do not offer refunds for physical products. However, if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we offer an exchange. To qualify for an exchange, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item and return it in its original packaging. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to our error.

Digital Products & Services: Due to the nature of digital products and service-based offerings, refunds are generally not available. However, if there is a technical issue or service failure that cannot be resolved, a partial or full refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Event Registrations & Training: Cancellations made 30 days before the scheduled event may be eligible for a partial or full refund. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows are not refundable.

Customized Services: Services such as consultations, design, and academic support are non-refundable once work has commenced.
